Rules & Regulations

  • Playgroup and Nursery Timings :

    09:00 AM to 11:30 AM

  • Lkg and Ukg Timings :

    09:00 PM to 01:00 PM

  • Arrival and departure :

    1. Assembly will be held on all days at 9 a.m.
    2. Children coming to school by own transport must reach the school by 8.50 a.m.
    3. Parents should drop off and pick up their children promptly at the scheduled times.

  • Safety and Security :

    1. Parents or authorized guardians must sign in and out their child daily.
    2. Only authorized individuals listed on the child's enrollment and have parent I card issued by the school are allowed to pick up the child.
    3. In case it's not possible for you to pick up ,you can contact the school on call also send the details of the person who is going to pick up the child.
    4. Children will only be released to authorized individuals,and proper identification may be required.
    5. All staff members undergo thorough background checks and are trained in emergency procedures.

  • Health and Wellness :

    1. Children suffering from contagious diseases are not permitted to attend class till recovered.
    2. Parents must discuss the problems whatever their ward faces at school or at home, frankly with the teacher; especially about the diseases and medicines. This will help us to serve you better.
    3. Medications can only be administered with written consent from parents, accompanied by clear instructions.

  • Communication :

    1. Regular communication between parents and teachers is encouraged to foster a supportive learning environment.
    2. Newsletters, emails, or a designated communication platform will be used to keep parents informed about preschool activities, events, and updates.
    3. Children must bring their school diary daily. Parents must check and sign the entries in the school diary daily with pen.
    4. For any concern from the parent side should be posted on the school WhatsApp number personally during the school hours only.

  • Classroom Conduct :

    1. Children are expected to treat others with kindness and respect.
    2. Teachers will model and encourage positive behavior, and appropriate discipline methods will be employed to address behavioral issues.
    3. Bullying,aggressive behavior or abusive language will not be tolerated.

  • Curriculum and Learning :

    1. The preschool will provide a developmentally appropriate curriculum that fosters social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth.
    2. Teachers will create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment, tailored to the individual needs of each child.
    3. Progress reports will be shared with parents periodically, and parent-teacher meets will be scheduled to discuss a child's development.

  • Nutritional Guidelines :

    1. Parents are encouraged to notify the preschool of any dietary restrictions or allergies.
    2. Parents should send the tiffin as per the given weekly menu.
    3. Send neat and clean water bottles and napkin along with the tiffin.
    4. Tiffin bag should be sent separately.

  • Dress Code : Playgroup and Nursery

    1. Children should come dressed in comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing.
    2. Playschool students have no uniform. They must wear clean and well ironed dress.
    3. Provide an extra set of clothing in case of accidents or messy activities along with the plastic bag.
    4. Attach handkerchief on the left side of the uniform with safety pin.

  • Dress Code : Lkg and Ukg

    1. Student should wear the uniform allotted by the school along with white socks and black shoes.
    2. Sports uniform should be wear on the day where outdoor sports is mentioned in the time table along with the sports shoes.
    3. Send handkerchief daily in your child's pocket.
    4. Applying hair oil is compulsory trimed nails and hair are expected to inculcate the disciplinary manner.

  • Special Events and Celebrations :

    1. Birthdays of all children will be celebrated in the assembly. On birthdays children can wear colour dresses, and distribute sweets or fruits or wafer chocolates to all his classmates, the children may contribute a book to the kid’s library.
    2. Parents are welcome to participate in special events and celebrations organized by the preschool.
    3. Advance notice will be given for any special requirements or contributions needed for events.

  • Some rules for parents :

    1. Children are not allowed to wear gold ornaments and bring costly items in the school.
    2. Parents have to inscribe the name of their children on all articles like school bag tiffin bag ,water bottle sent to school and all books and note books.

  • Parental Involvement :

    1. Parents are encouraged to participate in preschool activities, events, and volunteer opportunities.
    2. Open communication between parents and teachers is essential for the child's overall development.
    3. By adhering to these rules and regulations, we aim to create a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment for your child's preschool experience. Your cooperation and involvement are crucial in ensuring the well-being and development of each child in our care.
